At Aeon Laser Shop, we stand behind the precision of our hardware and offer a 30-day return window for all laser engraving equipment and accessories to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all technical components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the laser equipment in its original crates or boxes, ensuring all optics, cooling systems, and power cables are securely fastened to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and RMA document to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
